Refund policy

Here at Eatogo Takeaways, we strive to ensure that every order meets our high standards of quality. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not satisfied with your order. In such cases, we have the following refund policy in place:

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is different from what you have placed, please first contact the restaurant in connection with your order immediately as they should be able to deal with this directly and swiftly, if for any reason you are unsuccessful, then please contact our customer service immediately using our Contact Us form. We will do our best to correct the order or provide a full* or partial* refund if deemed necessary.

Damaged or Inedible Food

If your food arrives damaged or inedible, please contact us with full details and photos of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, if your claim is validated, we will provide a full* or partial refund as appropriate, all refunds will be in the form of in-store credit and can be used on any partner restaurant from our website or apps.

Late Delivery

If your order arrives significantly** later than the estimated delivery time, we will offer a full* or partial refund as a form of compensation. However, please note that refunds for late delivery are at the discretion of Eatogo Takeaway Hub and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All refunds will be funded to the customer's wallet account.

Failed Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your order due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable phone number or it's too dangerous for our drivers to complete the order), we regret that we cannot provide a refund. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time also ensure that our drivers can deliver the orders safely.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through your online wallet account to spend at a later date. With your wallet there are no expiry dates, so, therefore, can be used at your convenience.

Please note:

*If the food received has been consumed, then if deemed necessary will only be a partial refund.

**2 or more hours late on orders are eligible.
