Here at Eatogo Takeaways, we are committed to delivering your food in a timely and efficient manner.

Here are our delivery guidelines:

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times for many or all restaurants are between 07:00 AM and 06:00 AM the next morning, seven days a week. We strive to get our restaurant partners to deliver your order within an average of 45 minutes to an hour of order confirmation, but delivery times can vary based on the distance, road conditions and demand.

Delivery Area:

We currently offer a delivery service within a 10-mile or 16-kilometre radius of our partner restaurants. Please check your delivery address at the time of order to ensure that it falls within our delivery area.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the restaurant to the delivery address; on average, it's usually around £2 min to a max of £10. The delivery charge will be displayed at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Discounts:

Discounts can come in a few different forms, i.e., this could be from ourselves as Eatogo promotion offers or free delivery offers and can be for a given period or a given order amount. Our restaurant partners can also do the same with or without voucher codes.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been confirmed, you can track its progress in real-time through our website using your GPS phone or tablet device and internet connection, using our website or the Apple application.

Contactless Delivery:

For the safety of our customers and delivery personnel, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery personnel will place your order at your doorstep and maintain a safe distance while you collect it. (Given the current progressions with COVID-19, Please ask for this service in advance by leaving a message when ordering your food.)

Issues with Your Order:

If you have any issues with your order, such as missing items or incorrect orders, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
