Before Order Confirmation:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been confirmed by the restaurant, usually this can be up to 5 minutes maximum, please contact our customer service immediately. We will cancel the order without any charges.
After Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been confirmed by the restaurant, we are unable to cancel it as the restaurant will have already started preparing your food.
Failed Deliveries:
If we are unable to deliver your order due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable phone number, too dangerous for our delivery staff to deliver your order or the failure of payments), we regret that we cannot provide a refund. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time.
Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation where a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
